I'm requesting refund for an item i never received!

I stay at 2324 sky harbor dr, plano tx 75025

I'm producing one to inform whoevere this might concern that i never received the product and they charge my bank card twice of $ 79.95 on 02/26/10

Therefore i am writing you all to get a refund of 159.90 to my bank card
