Fraudulant charges

For that previous 3 months my partner and that I have now been billed a lot of cash from two distinct balances. Therefore to be able to repair the problem I deactivated my previous money/charge card and triggered a brand new one plus some how they're still having the ability to cost a regular cost of 39.95 to my account
