Received reciept at time of purchase, but when I tried to log on to take alleged survey, there were almost 500 "complaint" categories to choose from, but no survey!!! Get your * together people. I don't care if you are part of Sears or what ever! This is what makes customers angry enough to stop shopping at your stores. The receipt said take the survey and be entered to win $2,500.00 Kmart gift card. HA! I see how you get away with never having to pay a winner because there never will be a winner as long as you can continue practices of this nature. You are just lucky I am the one you are dealing with and not my husband. He is not nearly as nice as I am being. Din't expect many purchases from us in the future, even if we have to pay more somewhere else.
