Credit card charged, items did not arrived!

I requested numerous candles online from benefit factory. They charged my charge card. The things did not appear. I e mailed the organization and requested where my purchase was. Used to donot get a reaction. I went online to "monitor" my purchase, to understand it'd been positioned "on-hold, " though I'd been already billed for that products. I e mailed the organization another period. Again, they didn't react.

After I called the organization, I had been informed the product I'd requested and have been billed for have been stopped, they had no further of the product — but that I really could purchase it individualized, which may be much more costly. I expected them once they were actually likely to inform me they didn't have what I requested. No reply. I rejected their present to supply me using the more costly "customized" products and requested them to credit my charge card. To date, there's no info they have completed this (I approached my charge card company currently).
