In a horrible situation already; I ordered benanddavesprogram to receive training in the mail and via email about their media marketing program. The guy on the phone told me I'd get an email very shortly. I never got an email, but that $27 sure came out of my account with a quickness.
I called back. He gave me an email to send my inquiries to. I never got a reply email back. I left msgs on the fake customer service number he gave me. I never got a return phone call. The "training" site with the smart puppy registry did not ever work.
I called the order number back in about a week of ordering the program, and it was automated. About two weeks after ordering the program; I called again, and the number had been disconnected! I have called the number on my statement several times, and left messeges to no avail.
I am so poor already! I need $ coming in. Now I have nothing. Those "just a couple of regular guys", should be in jail.
