I may as well do a copy paste of most of the rip off reports about Widget Love. I've read through most of them and have experienced the exact same thing. Buying this 'great' deal from Living Social on September 7th only for it to be almost two months later and I still have no package.
After sending emails to both Living Social and the Company to ask for a tracking number, I was at least replied to, albeit 2 weeks later, and told I needed to wait out the 2-3 week period and maximum of 5 weeks. I was also told I would get a tracking number within a week. I never recieved the tracking number.
A month later on the 17th October I emailed again, and was told that the item got lost and would be reshipped at their expense. They provided me with a tracking number. When I checked this number, it stated that the package was in China. When I checked a few days later, the site was having 'technical difficulties' and so I checked again today and the site is still having technical difficulties.
I am about to throw in the towel on this one. They have obviously made a ton of money off this scam. And after reading reviews about how fake the make up brushes actually are, I'm not sure if I even want it any more. But it's the principle of the matter that both Living Social and Widget Love can get away with these types of scams. It's not fair and it should be rectified!
