I requested my stuffed pet per month before. After getting no reaction or cargo, I sent them. They eventually returned in my experience and explained the cargo could be delivered early this week and they improved my delivery at no extra price. Then today I get a contact saying the item has gone out of inventory also it wouldn't be accessible before first week in November. This location is TERRIBLE.
