I ordered a product in the way of debit. The debit was taken from my account immediately for $20 more than it was supposed to be. I also received no product.
I sent an e-mail to the company compaining of this. I received and e-mail that I would be credited. Over a week went by I sent another letter to Samantha Pope-the person handeling this and a blanket e-mail was sent to approximate 15-20 persons -same message (my name included) that "Dear Sir/Madam
Your request for a refund has gone through to your account today. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Regards Samantha
Pope" This was dated 9/11/04.
A week went by-no refund. I wrote them another e-mail wondering how long this would take. I have heard nothing from them since. No product either. I need this money alot.
I am sure all of the other 50-20 person do also.
