Failure to send paid all of paid order

I requested items to create 2 ottomans. I settled complete amt of $250.00

The order came without all of the parts and they will not send them if not target my criticism. After i called to report the missing items the woman who responded stated that the master would need to call me back because only they can cope with grievances. Obviously no call with no reaction to my emails for them and today after i contact they don't get the telephone.

Don't handle the corporation! Very frustrating and unsatidfactory support.
