I joined Kabam in April and over the 4 months I've been on this site, I have have noticed many unfairnesses with the pathetic management that runs Kabam. I have snapped several screenshots, over 30, and sent each one to Kabam in seperate tickets.
I received an email telling me Kabam had received the complaints and a customer service rep would get in touch with me in a day or two. Most of the time, I was never contacted. Great customer service there (Plenty of sarcasm meant)
Then in July, an alliance member of mine - Radumand - was banned for cursing. Yep. You read it correct. For cursing! All right, that's against Kabam's policy. But take a look at the examples of what others have said, which is also against Kabam policy, and these cretins are still playing, even though I filed complaints:
Motmot -OL of Dies Irae alliance - said someone who complained about his big burst in power "must be black because of that chip on his shoulder."
Trollalot of Dies Irae used the "N" word so often, one would swear that he thought it was a connector word between sentences.
Charity Case of Dies Irae said "Hitler was awesome."
Nyarlathotep, another "illustrious" member of Dies Irae called me a "piece of crybaby nigger shit" because I told him I complained to kabam against Trollalot.
Rway of Pandora's Box said "Hitler was a hero."
All the above are still playing as of this writing, except for Trollalot, who has been banned after MONTHS of me complaining about his "N"-word usage, and I don't even know if that's why he was banned!
Radumandy received a letter from Kabam, after he inquired as to why he was banned, that made it very clear he was banned for something he said. It wasn't for cheating. It wasn't for racism. It wasn't for loving Hitler. Nope.in short, it wasn't for anything that the above players had said.
One member called his girlfriend a b*ch, and he shot back with cursing as most of us would. And he gets banned! That's not even open for discussion, as the letter they sent to Radu will show you when I post it.
BTW, Radumandy is from Romania, those others are not. Can you say discrimination? I can! Discrimination, Kabam! I'm posting some of the screenshots I've taken, and you can see for yourselves the sick people kabam allows to play, even after numerous complaints have been made against them, but a Romanian curses at another player in defense of his girlfriend, and he's banned, gone, kicked out!
