I too, was subject to Evil Amy's fraudulent business. She sold me some jewelry on ebay and didn't even send it. She claimed she mailed my stuff and it never came. I called and emailed, but she doesn't reply. I asked for shipping information, but will NOT give it to me. Seller defames buyers in Negative Feedback.
Seller keeps items and money then resells items on-line and profits from double selling. EBay does not suspend seller. Others sent defectives item back, and seller claimed she never received it. Seller is fraudulent. Do not do business with this one or you will be ripped off!
If you get scammed too, FILE reports/complaints with the Washington State Attorney General office, they are investigating. Also file with USPS (who are investigating). And the FTC (who just settled a case in court for ebay seller that did the same fraud), IFCC, and National fraud org. And local law enforcement, Bellingham police department, Whatcom county.
And do not forget to reply to her slanderous FEEDBACK in her FB and yours. Just tell the truth. She is a FRAUD and won't provide shipping details, keeps your money and resells your items. Join us, we are filing charges together there are more places to file, contact me.
