I've been scammed and will NOT be buying at Horchow again! In a nutshell, I requested some armchairs that I paid $999 ($1179 with Shipping and Running). Upon getting the item, I popped the delivery bundle to locate, to my complete dismay (and surprise, to be honest), that every seat had an attached T.J. Maxx pricetag detailing their personal costs as $199.99 (having a "Evaluate At" cost of $375... That will have now been a grab as to the I settled, fool that I'm).
I bought these seats accepting I'd be getting quality furniture worth the cost (and title) and rather was hoodwinked into buying absurd knock offs and spending only afraid of three times what I'd have compensated easily'd pushed outside to my local discount shop.
I approached the client support division plus they were simply all puzzled distress and just could not know how this type of error occurred ("possibly these were mismarked", etc.). Sadly the pricetag explains the seat within the same method Horchow does online. This CAn't be an incident of mismarking, therefore does Horchow today purchase merchandice from T.J. Maxx, indicate it-up, and market it towards the (seemingly naive) community? They agreed to get the seats and that Iam ONLY out the $180 it required to deliver the garbage to my house (they graciously wont make me spend the $125 return charge). Exactly what a nasty lesson to consume.
