I am writing you in hopes of getting this problem rectified. I have had problems with my internet and phone service with your company for 1 yr. I have a personal techs phone number and have had you at my home so much that I am tired of doing your job for you... Remember I AM THE CONSUMER! PLEASE could you settle this by having a higher level service man come and fix or find the problem. My neighbors have been having the same problems... If need be I will get a petition up just to show you how many people you effect with this service! I should not have to be your personal secretary and keep records of everytime I do not have phone service! I would think you could at least give me a reduced price until you get this fixed!
