Refused to refund

This company refuses to refund after they trick you into paying, without options, without honesty and under false presentations. They have their employees sign in under names and claim that they are winning and how great it is.
Please look up all the "Jennifer Lopez" comments. This is just one of many examples. One response "she" is an employee suggesting you contact customer service, then "she" is a winning customer.
Shame on this company, its employees and Govt. Regulations for allowing them to stay in business
