I bought 2 airline tickets from Ebay, I paid through Paypal, to be taken from my credit card. The listing got ended by Ebay because the seller violated their quidelines. I emailed the seller and I was told that they will still ship the tickets. I waited but I never received the tickets. I emailed the seller for a refund, I received an email back stating "I am a pain in the ass" and that they will not refun my money. I have sent a claim to Ebay as well.
It is not right for business like this to take money from people, they do not send the order and worst, they even make rude statements. I have also seen the usacomplaints.com that they have complained that this company does not sell airline tickets. I think that if I received my order, it will not be what I have expected. It is wrong to misrepresent what they are selling, you do not get money back and worst, you get nasty emails from them. I cannot believe that this company has the courage to make threats and harrassment.
