I joined the Viral Profits program about a month ago because of all the stuff they give you which you can re-sell. I also thought their affiliate marketing program looked good. I've been very busy marketing a self-published book, but finally decided to give Viral Profits some attention.
So I went to the Promotion link on their website and found an e-mail ad I liked and cut & pasted it into my bulk mailer at blast4traffic.com. Then I went to my usual e-mail account and reviewed the checking copy sent to me by b4t. I clicked on my affiliate url and my affiliate website appeared, with a pop-up to collect an e-mail address for a follow-up. I put my friend's e-mail address in, which I manage for him, and went to his account.
Lo and beholdthere were two e-mails there from Vireal Profits. But mine was preceded by theirs—Viral Profit administration. They werer trying to steal my prospect!
I believe that is internet fraud. As an ex-consumer lawyer and member of Consumer's Union, I am gathering up all the evidence and am going to see who wants to prosecute!
