About a week prior to sending SEO Solutions $210.00 via PayPal, I signed up for an account with Odesk, as a collegue of mine suggested Odesk as an inexpensive way to obtain outsourcing for my SEO needs. I posted a job on Odesk for Website work and received many responses. I narrowed the responces down to a few individuals/companies and ended up with one who "Sold" me on their abilities. This person was Narindra Maity / SeoSolutionsIndia.net. Shortly thereafter, Narindra Maity / SeoSolutionsIndia.net asked for my Skype contact information so that we may communicate on Skype. Once we began communications on Skype, Narindra Maity / SeoSolutionsIndia.net suggested to me on Skype that he would send me a PayPal invoice for $100.00 to do a re-build of my website, which he did, and that the re-build would take up to 2 weeks. I then asked if I he could get the re-build done faster, in less than 7 days, and he said "Yes" but he would have to re-bill me an extra $100.00. I agreed and he amended the invoice for $210.00. When I asked what the additional $10.00 was for, he said is was for the Odesk fees.
This is where the nightmare begins. I paid the $210.00 invoice through PayPal to Narindra Maity / SeoSolutionsIndia.net, not realizing this was totally against the Odesk TOS as, again, I had no idea about Odesk until recently. This payment, again, was for the re-build to be completed within 1 week. SEO Solutions sent me a link to what they said my site would look like which I told them looked great. I sent, immediately, to SEO Solutions all the information that they requested regarding the WordPress Login and FTP sign in information. They responded that the info that I sent them was incorrect. After I double checked this information and found it to be correct, I contacted my hosting provider and they assured me that the info I originally sent SEO Solutions was in fact correct. Each time, SeoSolutionsIndia.net / Narindra Maity / SEO Solutions India sent me emails asking for correct login info, so I made password changes and user changes to make absolutely sure they had the correct information each time, checking myself that I could log on using this same info I sent them. I realize now that they were just stalling me and when they finally did any work on my site, it was only a change to the header and sidebar. My site, as of the writing of this email looks horrible as the did nothing more, as they had 3 weeks to do the work which was supposed to be completed in 1 week. It is still not finished and my sites' SEO rankings have suffered tremendously as a result.
I plan on completing this email and working on my site myself tonight as I should have never gotten involved with this company. If I knew that they were a new SEO company with little to no skills whatsoever, I would have never engaged with them.
In conclusion, Narindra Maity / SeoSolutionsIndia.net is very shady! They lured me away from Odesk, (I've contacted Odesk already about this), they have taken my money and have delivered none of which was originally agreed upon within the time-frame agreed. I am therefore requesting a full refund of the monies I sent them. They, of coarse are refusing to refund my monies as of now.
Of coarse, Narindra Maity gave me every excuse in the book and tried to tell me I was at fault, but they have my money now and there is nothing I can do.
I am planning on posting this type of complaint on multiple complaint sites against Narindra Maity / SeoSolutionsIndia.net once a day for a month so that these complaints will be visible on page one of the major search engines anytime anyone searches for Narindra Maity or SeoSolutionsIndia.net to do their due dilligence on this company. Therefore, prospective clients for Narindra Maity and/or his brand new NOVICE company SeoSolutionsIndia.net will know the nightmare I've experienced with Narindra Maity.
I told Narindra Maity that all l I want is a full refund as a result of his failure to complete his end of our agreement in the time agreed upon, but he has refused. I am willing to remove this post and all future daily postings on various sites if Narindra Maity would only accept the fact that he and his company, seosolutionsindia.net, failed to honor our agreement and produce a professional website for me and issue a FULL REFUND. Obviously, time is of the essence, as it will be impossible to remove ALL of the negative postings if he waits too long.
