I bought some eyedrops which were marketed as on the website on August 10 within the whole quantity of $48:00 and settled using PayPal. After months of not getting the prodcalled their items I sent their Customer Support. Used to do not get a response until about 2 wks later. "Tatiana" advised that she was sorry however they no further had the merchandise in-stock and they'll deliver me a reimbursement within 14 days. Which was in September. Uptill now, I've not obtained the reimbursement and possibly never may, Customer Support no further answer my emails, their 800-number doesn't function, however they continue to be providing fresh products available on the website. MOTHERNATURE.com IS FRAUD, SCAM SCAM!!! Avoid this website. I've previously documented them to BBB.
