I cancelled my subscription to a magazine that was marketed to me by CreditOne bank in November with the final date of subscription being January. Despite this cancellation that I have an online statement to prove CreditOne has gone ahead to charge me for a new period of subscription and now has so many huddles for me to dispute the charge! Even then their customer service says the soonest they can revise the charge would be in 3 months during which they continue to charge me interest on the amount as it appears on my account!
