I paid $20.00 for a full year of service, which was supposed to include all land-line look-ups. When you go to look up a number, you have to pay an additional $7.75, even if it is a landline. Then nothing comes up, and it will say "unavailable, " or some ridiculous name like "Rch Mrk" comes up, but nothing in the town that they originally said the number was from. I tried several numbers, and every one was a "FAIL, " and every one I had to pay an additional $7.75!!! I am calling their customer service number tomorrow, and if they don't credit me, I will talk to my credit card company. This wasted an hour of my time tonight.
