I ordered a subscription of Game Developer on 28 Dec. No issues arrived, so I began emailing them 4 weeks later and was told to wait a few more weeks. I have emailed and called them 8 times over the past year, and have not been able to get either the subscription or a refund.
To make matters worse, I believe my credit card number was stolen as a result on my online order with Magazines USA, and used to attempt to buy online gaming services and a PC.
