I purchased a Nationwide Internet Terminal over a year ago. It took them forever to find a location for my machine. When I finally talked to the owner of the location, they wanted me to provide them with Laptops as well. Since supplying laptops was not part of the agreement, they just wanted to stick the machine in a corner, where it really wouldn't be seen.
I went back and talked to my "Location Coordinator" and he informed me that they "had" found me a location and that I should try harder. I told him the story and "to date" I have still not been able to obtain a location from them.
Just recently, I try and call and they have all their phones going over to a message center and haven't returned my phone call in weeks.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody! I purchased my Internet Terminal for $15,000.00 and the only reason that I paid that much, was that I thought I was going to be getting their full support behind their product and now I see that I just wasted my money by investing in this company.
