I bought a book from eCampus which stated it was the ala cart book (meaning it did not come with disk or study guide) no where did it state it was an unbound copy however that is what they sent to me. Contacted their customer service and was told that somewhere in the print it said unspecified biding and that meant could be any type including unbound. I paid 85 dollars for a "book" that was loose leaf paper wrapped in saran wrap then they charged me a restock fee and shipping and insurance charges to send it back to them will see if i get any money at all back!!!
