Blumpo doesn't deliver what they claim to. They deliver country targeted fans, but their fans are not real despite their repeated claims on their website. The profiles were locked down in the same way and the pictures were obviously fake. Some of the fans were listed as guys but had a girls picture, so it was low-quality all around.
I wouldn't mind this so much if it didn't take so long to get the fans and if the prices were more reasonable, but this is not the case. When bringing this up to them they responded with a series of laughable statements about the quality of their service. I think their business is pretty questionable given the low quality that they deliver.
