I signed up for an AOL account and instead got ROBBED!!! The AOL account turned out to be defective and I was changed to a new account but Along with the defective account I received a
PRIVACY PLUS ACCOUNT WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE.
The Privacy Plus Supervisor DAN (16558) Claimed that an E-mail was sent to me confirming my account and that MONTHLY CHARGES WOULD BE TAKEN FROM MY "ATM ACOUNT.
The Problem is that AOL confirmed that no such E-mail was ever sent to MY OLD ACCOUNT. Also I never received a so call package that he kept talking about.
I WAS CHARGED $74.75. And was only reimbursed $14.95 for a program I did not know about, never signed up for and never used. Privacy Plus never contacted me or sent me any Mail or E-Mail.
The supervisor Dan (16558) from Montreal Canada was rude and hung up on me because I was asking for a full refund.
Dan (16558) refused to give me a phone number to the main company in Omaha Nebraska and he refused to let me talk to someone above him.
Now i am pissed off.
