Comcast-worst service EVER - Phone Line

I own a gym and moved it to a new location I called comcast weeks before the move to set up a time for them to switch my internet and phone over to the new location, I made it clear that it needed to happen on the 25th not before and not after but on the 25th because I needed my business operating by the 28th. I was told this was not a problem. Come friday the 25th I go to the new space and meet with the comcast guy and he tells my that he is just a surveyor and there was no order for actual install, I told him this is a big problem, he said he would call Tammara Franks, who was the customer care person I was working with and get it sorted out. I never got a call back, when I called back the next day I was told that there was nothing they could do no one they could send out and that I would have to wait till Monday to even Schedule an appt for set up. I called back a few minutes later to ask if there was a store I could go to to have someone switch my business number to my cell phone so I could at least be able to talk to customers who needed to know where the new location was. I was told there was not store, and that I was wrong about what I had discussed earlier with Comcast. He kept interrupting me and saying that basically I don't understand their procedure. He said I probably would not get someone out there for a couple of weeks. I told him that was unacceptable asked his name, he refused to give it to me and instead transferred me over to somones voice mail. It was then my brother in law told me that I could go on line and switch my business phone over to my cell... Why did non of the tech help tell me this? So Monday comes and I call Tammara Franks and tell her my problem, she agrees that they messed up big and someone scheduled a surveyor instead of an installer and that she would get someone down there as soon as possible that someone from Comcast would call me back to confirm, I also asked for a supervisor to call me back as well (since non of them seemed to be available then) She said she would do that, It's 8pm and NO ONE HAS CALLED! I have no phone! No internet but more important i can't take any credit card payments. I have had the busiest day in over 6 months and I couldn't take a single credit card, tomorrow looks even busier, still can't take credit cards. I should be excited and enjoying my new business but instead I have been close to tears of frustration trying to get this done. It makes me look unprofessional not to mention the money I am losing. And after all my phones calls and complaints (and i was very clear on how this is affecting business) NO ONE has made it their priority to get this done. Worst Service I have ever had with any business my entire life. Epic fail Comcast
