I placed an order with California Perfumes on the 26th Sept & payed $ 98.50 for 3 bottles of perfume. After 4 weeks I had not received my items I emailed them & was told that the person that was handling my order had quit & my order had not been sent, the email then stated that they would ship the perfumes to me straight away. Another 5 weeks and still waiting I have emailed them about 10 times & have only had 2 responses 1 saying there was a delay with customs & the other saying that a manager would contact me regarding the complaint. No manager has bothered to contact me yet! I have asked for a full refund & for the money to be put into my paypal account. I have tried calling the phone number & it goes to voice mail with no message. I am so annoyed as the perfumes were gifts for people.
