Clear Wire sold a service that wasn't REALLY available in my area. Later I was told that because of where the tower was located I would receive spotty coverage. I then asked why was it sold to me and according to their map it was available. Eventually I advised that I required continuous service and had to discontinue. They kept charging me. When I call I'm read a script which has nothing to do with the reason I called. When I request a final bill so that I can pay and I'm told each time, all I can do is explain your bill. WHAT! I've been battling them for five (5) months! Incredible. Then when I asked for their Manager's and their Manager's information so that I could write they refused. I guess there is no more customer service. Clear Wires certainly do not know the meaning of customer service.
