10/11, requested application from businesses site and compensated with charge card. 10/23, received purchase with 1 product lacking that was about the bill. Reported to merchant via their site program instantly. 11/06, merchant recognized issue via mail and stated absent application could be delivered. No reaction from merchant for this day: 12/18. Have sent for either cargo of absent application or perhaps a reimbursement 4 occasions and not obtain a reaction. Their telephone number provides a "no further operating" reaction.
