This program has more bugs than a getto house in Tijuana. The worst customer service on the planet. We spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours in learning this terrible program.
When we first converted the program out of quick books everything seemd to be OK. Six months later we found that for some reason (fishbowl did not know either - no suprise) that 10% of products (approx. 120) came across with no product cost.
This created so many problems for us. This is the tip of the iceberg..
At least 6 times when we finally did get through to customer service and asked them to fix the problem they did.in fixing the problem they created two more problems that we did not discover until days later.
This program was released way ahead of it's time. They are figuring out all the problems at it's customer expense. And now a year later our customer service agreement is about expire and they have the elephant balls to want another $3500.00 for the worst customer service of any company I have ever encountered. We had to hire another person just to do all the things that must be done to get the information to Quick Books.
We have had it - Next year we are switching to webjaguar.com. Around here Fishbowl is refered to as Toilet Bowl.
