Ripoff billed credit card never supplied merchandice

I had ordered two files from this company via the internet using a credit card. They sent my 1 file but not the one I
wanted... After writing them multiple times and recieving no
responce. Here I am... I'm requesting a full refund.
I was wondering how many people these guys have done this
too and thought I needed to do somthing... They owe me $20.00
