We are a small business that was looking for a large targeted email blast to promote our company. National Data Group promised to send out 200,000 emails for us. They also promised that we would be provided tracking info so we could see that the emails were actually sent out.
We trusted them, and thought we were investing $2700.00 into a positive marketing campaign for our company. But then there detailed report that they promised was an excel spread sheet that only said this many were sent out and this many people read the email, and this many people went to your website. We have not been given information to even validate that these emails were even sent out.
We also were informed after the fact, that when someone replies to that email it would be refered back to us, but that was not the case. When someone replies to the email it is rejected and bounced back to the customer.
