I downloaded their free version, surprise, it found over 300 "problems", so then you think, i have get this fixed asap.
Next you end up paying $30.00 to have these fixed.
After it "fixes" those 300 problems (takes approx. 45 sec) it then instructs you to run it again. This is where it really screws up your system. It installs aol programs, configures your system incorrectly, (if you have xp, it configures windows 98).
This really does a number on your pc. The only solution is to restore beyond the install point, which, then you don't want to re-install this mess. So you're out $29.95, then you call them & they don't answer, or put on hold forever.
Then you end up here, after wasting all night, trying to get your pc straight.
Next move is trying to get your money back, good luck!!
