The internet site charges your credit card without your approval of the amount. All of a sudden you are told that you have just been charged $99.00.
When you win a bid, the merchandise does not arrive. There is never a "live chat" person available. I was able to get through on the phone one day and after that the line disconnects without it even ringing.
