I hired these guys through eLance.com to develop and Android and iPhone app. They missed the first deadline by a month and the person, Fairy B, we were dealing with disappeared and Anurag stepped in and took over. A while later they delivered a blank app that was nothing like we had discussed or given them in our scope document. Nevertheless, we made the first payment and send a list of changes that needed to be made.
For a few weeks I got an answer of "It is impossible to make an app that does that", although the functions were clearly spelled out in the documents they had agreed to do ahead of time.in addition, I provided the names of several apps that were doing EXACTLY the same thing I was wanting to do.
They were extremely hard to get to respond and finally shut down altogether and ignored our emails and have still not responded to us or to a project manager we hired to try and get this finished.
In addition, eLance.com, through whom the money was paid, was no help in getting our money back. I know this company has bid on other jobs through eLance.
