Just like the website fiverr.com, a user pays $5 for a service to be rendered. Have had very few problems, many transactions with great success.
I found out about fourerr.com and decided to give it a try. One provider never even attempted to complete the order, an obvious and intentional ripoff. I contacted support/help/whatever and no response after a week.
This marketplace is a scam - do not order here!
