Within 24 hours of paying for the service and downloading their software, I made a request, per their instructions, for a full refund. I waited 3 days for a response and got none. I then emailed them daily for a week. Still no response and no deposit made to my account. The software will not work, period.
I notice I'm not the only one with a problem concerning them. If you call the phone number that has been listed in other reports on this web site, it goes to Roc Telecommunications. It asks you to leave a message, but their mailbox is so full, you can't leave one. I want my money back, but since they are web based and use a third party to collect the money, how can I? Any help is appreciated...
