I completed the website as a freelancer but the site owner didn't paid me and there is no response London

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am freelancer,

I was Worked and completed the website http://www.wavexsalestraining.com but the client is not paid me.

And there is no response after 3 months also.

I have all the records in soft copy and in mail.

Kindly take a action to get my money $450.
