Don't EVER go to work at @melbourneit. I just got released from there after 5 months of hard work, service and dedication. They have new management, who cares more about a profit than do they do the people who are actually helping them earn one. I just had elbow surgery, looking at tons of medicals bills plus rehab, and knowing this they STILL cut off my medical insurance as of midnight tonight. The clueless team suggested that I go on Cobra. Have you ever looked at the price of Cobra? The premiums cost more than I will make on unemployment! So, next time you consider applying at @melbourneit, remember, they only care about what profit you can turn over for them, not the wives and babies at home who will suffer due to being uninsured and having no money coming in. Even if you work your a* off, and EVEN work THREE days after having surgery just because you are one of the ones who still believe in "taking one for the team, " they won't care. Taking care of their associates' families is not one of their concerns, and never will be.
