I join this ISP back in november, on Jan 21 I called to cancel my account since I didn't need it anymore. They usually in the past billed me on the 23 of the month I got my statment and it showed the billard me the day I cancel my account. I called them and ask the to make sure my account was cancel and refund the 9.95 the charge, They replied they can't refund because it should that they billed me on the Jan 20 even though my statement saya Jan 21.
