I am a customer who simply wanted to cancel my account with America's Best Company. I called up, made my request and even got a confirmation number. I am still being billed and can not get help from anyone in the company. After several phone calls, poor customer service and getting no where, I was told by Tim Sheer that he has "paying customers" that are a higher priority! Guess what, I am paying too. Heather, who answers the phones, is also in accounting but can not help me either.
After reading several other complaints about this company and a rebuttle from the President, Jim Tracy, I decided to email him. I thought it was fair to email him before posting it, so he too has had his chance to rectify the situation.
