Ramzi Joseph Fassho I sent western union to him for $355. He picked up the money and then lied about getting it aman

I saw his website and sent him $355 USD for facebook poker chips. He picked up the money then said he did not get the money. I filed with Western Union and they provided proof that Ramzi showed his ID and picked up the money in person. He lied and will not provide the poker chips. It has been over 4 weeks but he is stealing peoples money like he stole mine.
