I requested all the foam In The Foam Manufacturer to create my new bed on January 8. The purchase arrived in with-in a few months. I considered all the foam to check on the thickness. The 4.5lb and 5.5lb foam were way off. They considered nearly 50% of the things they must have. I approached customer support and talked with Nancy. They delivered a phone label to get the purchase on 1/20. I delivered it back. They delivered me the brand new 5.5lb foam. It got them 2-3 months to obtain it in my experience. These were waiting on the fresh purchase of 4.5lb foam wishing it had been the right thickness. Lastly on 3/17 I talked with Betty again and have her to simply send me the things they had since it would me atleast another 3 months prior to the fresh foam was in. I called back on 3/24 to obtain the following range since I'd not gotten my bundle. Betty explained the purchase hadn't delivered, she did not understand why however it was heading out tomorrow. I expected her when they might purchase overnight delivery because it hadn't delivered as guaranteed. She quickly stated "No, we-don't do this". She stated they'd not purchase fast delivery despite the fact that I'd been significantly more than individual plus they had screwed-up numerous occasions. She stated she'd have her supervisor contact me back. The supervisor never named. I named the next evening and you know what, they'd delivered my foam normal floor without any telephone call from anybody. It seems they prevented calling me and simply delivered the bundle without any respect for that scenario. I expected for that supervisor again and he'd not arrived at the telephone. I can not think like a business they don't examine their item to ensure it matches the requirements they're marketing. Is not that false advertising? Is not that illegitimate? Customer support is just a laugh. Their costs are great so long as you're receiving that which you paid for. Customeris beware!!! I'll never buy here again and certainly will inform anyone who requires to complete exactly the same. What happened to customer support and patient concerning the individuals who keep you running a business?
