Didn't purchase, can't use

I requested this in plan in 9/17. I really could not use it since it bombarded my pc storage and so I needed to take it off. I'd a cost on my Uncover on Dec. 5 that I should have not observed and compensated in Jan. 2010. Our poor.in Jan. 2010 I'd another cost that I did notice. I approached Uncover plus they eliminated the cost and stated they'd examine. They stated that Trend Micro provided it in my experience and so I needed to purchase it. I came across my initial purchase from 9/17. I says nowhere onto it that I acknowledge in order for them to revise each year. I don't wish to purchase something which I don't need and certainly will not use.
