I looked at the website and was overwelmed by page after page of listings. I looked over the lists and headings ONE time. When I tried to go back to the website again, it is no longer available. What a ripoff... And so much for my guarantee... I didn't even get an opportunity to apply for any grants and cannot get a refund with the website down.
