Freelancer.com is also not at all caring about the people, they keep suspending the account of the users without giving them a valid reason, they suspend accounts in less than 5 minutes but take lot of time to reinstate them, and in this time period the project owners award the project to other freelancers and all the efforts and hard work of the suspended bidder goes waste in convincing the client to award them the project.
One actual problem that i face is that people at freelancer.com is very very money-minded and with cheap mentality, they only tend to run after money and do not care for the hard-earned money.
This can be understood with the following real instance with freelancer.com.
I had an account with freelancer.com with the username nitinnaresh and I was going really great in freelancer.com made timely payments for my account fees and my clients were also happy with me, I always suggest my clients to award me the project on freelancer.com and also pay me via freelancer.com as being a web-developer, I understand that its really important for them to earn commission on the projects after all its all the matter of their bread and butter so i always suggested my clients to award the project to us via freelancer.com
But very soon my support and love for them turned into hatred when they started to harras me and my clients.
Actually they suspended my account due to some project posting, they even removed my project from their website and never returned me my money for project posting back (5 USD as project posting fees).
As soon as my account got suspended, I asked them to pay back all the money to my clients which my clients has deposited in freelancer.com as milestone payments for me after awarding the project.
I told them that I would be dealing with my clients out of freelancer.com as I know my clients trust me a lot and they will be happy to pay me anyways coz they know I will finish their work on time, but freelancer.com never refunded any money to my clients. Due to this reason my clients are not able to move further with me for the projects coz their money is stuck with freelancer.com, I really feel sympathy for my clients, how can a company be so selfish and money minded.
I must say that the company is really a devil company and do not care for anything rather than money, the australian government must ban such kind of companies and must not allow them to do business, its but obivious that if the project deals are cancelled they must immediately return the money back. Freelancer.com is really going with high attitude due to the reason that other companies like freelancer.com for eg - peopleperhour, elance, guru, odesk do not have high number of users like freelancer.com but for sure other websites do have quality, there is only scrap and junk on freelancer.com, the project quality is also very very low, people tend to get projects worth 2500 in mere 250 USD on freelancer.com
Finally I also asked them to refund me all my money which i had paid to them to get a gold membership on freelancer.com which they clearly denied.
I was quite lucky in this case and filed a dispute with paypal.com, in the whole matter paypal people really supported me and I must say thanks to them. They instantly issued me a refund for my money which i paid to freelancer.com for gold membership.
But my clients are still facing problem even after 20 days and freelaner.com never refunded my clients money, they even suspended my clients account.
There are many other issues with freelancer.com where there are many scammers and fake project posters, they post the project on freelancer.com but once people bid on the project and waste their bids they either cancel the project, or they do not at all reply to the bidders message.
Many never award the projects and the project freeze and bidders never get their bids back, they only keep wasting their gold membership bids. I sometimes feels that these fake projects are posted by freelancer.com in order to earn more by selling gold memberships and sell more bids to the bidders.
Finally, although there are many other examples I could give, Freelancer.com seems to increasingly be a place where scammers can post their ads, with little risk. These often tend to be the type where someone says “I have money in my Freelancer.com account but cannot transfer it to Paypal because I've been blocked/I live in a country where there is no Paypal. I will pay you X amount into your Freelancer.com account if you transfer X amount into my Western Union/Moneybookers/indian bank account” etc. The freelancer is promised a vast profit with “no risk” because the buyer will pay a deposit up front. Ha! Please go right ahead and pull the other one! Worryingly though, people actually bid on these “projects”!
There is a “Report violation” button that users can click to report project postings or other freelancers for breaching Freelancer‘s terms and conditions, but I don't think it should really be up to the users of the site. Freelancer.com need to be taking their own responsibility for the image and reputation of their business.
I have written to Freelancer.com about this before and all I got in reply was a simple and very unsatisfactory, “Thank you for your suggestion, we are looking into it”. So today, after reporting yet another scam posting, I decided to try again. Here's my email that i sent to freelancer.com along with my clients and I'll let you know of any reply!

This is to notify to you that freelancer.com has suspended our account due to some stupid reason as they wanted our documents to be verified, they awake from their sleep after 3 months of long time and never asked for our documents at the time of opening the account or when we paid to them for the gold account.
Anyways we had sent them the documents which include my passport and driving licnese to them 24 hours back but till now they have not reinstained our account.
We also asked them to atleast allow us to interact with our clients so that we could finish their projects and interact with them but they didnt gave a dam shit on our request.
The fact of matter they have suspended our accounts due to the reason as we hold multiple accounts in freelancer.com that are with the userid nitinnaresh, centiplex, centiplexinc, centiplexindia, centiplexeurope. We had notified that we have multiple offices in India, Egypt, Austria so all the accounts are for each of our development center and office but they are least bothered about the same. It seems that after taking over the company limeexchange their attitude has gone very high and their care towards their website users have totally gone away. They have notified us to close all the accounts and keep one of our account alive but we had informed them that this is not possible as per the reason that we already have some running projects in almost all our ids's and our clients have also created lot of milestone payments but freelancer.com dont seems to care for anything.
Finally we had to ask them to cancel all our accounts and refund all the money to us in our paypal account which we had paid to them to get gold account status and also which we paid as proejct fees, we had also notified them to cancel all the milestone payments back to the users.
Here we would like to inform you that your project will remain as it is and safe with us, we will follow all the rules and guidelines as we set before. But we will not proceed any project taken through freelancer.com
Your project is half complete and we would like to tell you that if you want to get your projects completed, you will have to trust on us and deal with us out of freelancer.com.
If you think you can not trust us, we will be happy to cancel the deal and would like to request you to ask freelancer.com to refund you your milestone payments.
Also I would like to tell you that we will not delete any website from your server or any sort of files which we used to develop the website, you can continue with any other programmer with the half project if you wish to, we already have got a huge loss in the deal with freelancer.com but now we dont want to spoil our relations with our clients due to the fight with freelancer.com so we will be leaving all our files and half websites on the client website as it is so they dont have to pay in full again to the new freelancers and they can pay partial money to new freelancer in order to get the website complete.
So you can either make the full payment to us directly out of freelancer.com and we will finish your project or you can simply hire any other programmer to complete your websites.
Freelancer.com has also denied to reverse the payent to us back to our paypal account and hence In this matter we have escalated the case to paypal and claimed a dispute in paypal for the reversal of the payments back to our paypal accounts.
Hope the matter comes to a conclusion soon without any legal intervention.

First you people told me that you have suspended my account due to invalid project posting now you told me due to security measure and now you told me i can not have more than one account were you people sleeping when i paid you for gold accounts?
What you were doing at the time of taking money another thing is that I am not individual I am a company having office in austria egypt, India (delhi, kochin, hyderabad), and I am the owner of the company and every location have their own freelancer account in the name of the director that is me so what is the problem Now what I want is to have multiple accounts
tell me the solution for this should i provide accounts in the name of different people??? How can i have that
i have a big company and 150 bids per month are not sufficient for me either you allow me to have 750 bids per month and i am ready to pay you for that or allow me to have multiple accounts i am ready to go which ever way you want?
Summarizing it in points what i want is-
1. Allow me to have multiple accounts or provide me an option to have more bids more than or equal to 750 bids.
2. Kindly refund 5 USD fees for the cancelled project http://www.freelancer.com/projects/940491.html and I assure you that this wont be repeated again in future.
I would also like to tell you that very soon we are getting in-corporated in USA as LLC and we will also be having an account with the name centiplexamerica - This I am telling you to intimate you in future to avoid any future suspension.
All the accounts centiplex, centiplexindia, centiplexeurope, nitinnaresh and vanesasingh belongs to us but around 15 days back vanesa singh has left India and has gone to her home town country crotia for two months long leave. We also want to have that account reinstained and change its details to India. Before leaving she has handed over all her email ids and other stuff to us and we also have the password for the account user id vanesasingh so we will change its details back to the Indian country address.
I am hereby attaching my documents for the verification purpose to you which includes my national driving licence, my passport and my Indian Income TAX PAN CARD.
Hope this is more than sufficient for you.
Finally I will only suggest all the freelancers and people who want to outsource their services to be aware from freelancer.com as its only a place to loose money and not for getting the work done. If you have some extra money you can register on freelancer.com but if you want to fully utilize your hard earned money - please be aware from freelancer.com and turn to other websites.
