There are so many complaints I couldnt read them all! Never the less, I dont believe anyone has touch based on this specific scam detail, thes are the details from the Panda website FAQ's page.
How long are your surveys usually posted? Our surveys are generally posted for two weeks, but the life span of a survey varies. We have some that are posted for a few days and some that are posted for 24 hours. If there is a tremendous response to a particular survey, it may be closed in a day. Once we have collected the data needed by the client, we are required to close the survey. We will always tell you the time requirements when we invite you to participate in a survey.
It is very important that people understand that one of the main reasons we find ourselves filling out dozens of surveys (lets call them what they are applications / sign-ups to receive SPAM!) Panda will email and invite you to take the same survey over and over and over, they are very sneeky doing this. The "laptop servey is tha same as the notebook survey and the Dell survey and the apple notebook survey. Even when you have completed the first survey (whatever they called it at the time) and you actually DID credit you Panda account. What we dont realize is THAT panda keeps sending you invitations to take the exact same survey via email, but change the survey name and the survey #. This way they continue to generate email address to their customers AND they dont have to pay you CRAP for it!
How long it take for offers to get approved? When you successfully complete the surveys and get approved for reward, you will be eligible for payment. It will take minimum of two working days and up to a maximum of 1 week to get your offers approved from the advertiser.

Completely different approaches to the problems panda research members have! The rebuttal from the Panda Research employee is not "typical" of any responces I have received to my questions and complaints via their website.
I have submitted several tickets about not receiving credit for surveys complete. Regardless of the question or complaint, the typical automated response from panda research will be;

Please review the following information, as we hope this will help you in understanding the process. Once you have finished “both the Product Evaluation and the Survey” and the sponsor approves it and informs us of the approval, then your account will be updated from “Viewed” to “Approved' status.
Approvals “usually take a minimum of 2 days, and up to a maximum of 7 business days to get approval from the advertiser “if all the requirements have been completed” (weekends don't count as approval days). (cont.) BLAH BLAH BLAH
From FAQ PAGE: You can fill out and complete them as many times as you want, but the payout will be credited only once in your account. Surveys are given by the advertisers for a limited period of time, as surveys that were clicked on but never completed and verified will expire when the survey is no longer being offered and go into the rejected tab at the bottom of the "account status" tab.
I also have noticed; once you have been suckerd into completing the "Walmart or Laptop or whatever email spam scam, the second time you unknowingly fill in your info, it dosnt take you to those stupid 5 survey questions like it did in the first one. It automatically plunges right into the FREE Giftcard or FREE HDTV or FREE HOUSE (lol) so this way Panda tricks you into giving up your info (again) then directs you to these "participation required" webpages that you close out from your browser! SEEEEE another 20 MORE advertising companies have your email, you "accoording to Panda" didnt complete the full survey so they dont owe you DIDDLEY!
But if you do catch them slipping on crediting your account, as i did
(PANDA) If you feel you have completed a survey and it is not showing as Approved yet, please send us an attachment only of the confirmation email or confirmation page sent by our advertiser to you, so we can go back to the advertiser and ask for approval for credit. The Print Screen tab, (prt scr) located above the backspace tab on a keyboard works well in making attachments.- press it once when the page you want to copy is on the screen, as it makes an image in memory; then paste into a word document and save it as a file and attach the file to a ticket. (me) I have attached and completes all the requirements, blah alh blah, here is proof, yadda yadda. Where is my money (Panda) We have sent this to the account manager to review and will reply to you when a response is received... SOOOOO you wait and wait and wait! And then your follow up emails are ignored and then wait some more!
