Ripoff! They billed my credit card & gave me a bogus username & password that doesn't work. They won't respond to my e-mails and the site is no longer in business

This site billed my credit card and gave me a fraudulent username and password. They won't respond to my e-mails and the web site is not working and simply says that the site is under construction and is to be completed December.
