All Temporary Protective Order Against Stalking violations.
After reviewing my evidence against John Memoli, two Fulton County Superior Court Judges granted me Temporary Protective Orders Against Stalking.
John was served notice by the Fulton County Sheriff's Department and failed to appear to defend himself.
His attorney has since sent me two letters (TPO violations, as I am not to be contacted either directly or indirectly) accusing me of threatening, harassing and defaming his client.
John Memoli defamed himself. I'm only identifying him so that others won't have to go through what I did. I've never threatened anyone. Or harassed anyone.
I intend to pursue a Permanent Order before the Temporary Order expires.
I've received a phone call from TriStone Financial. Threatening legal action. Another TPO violation.
However, the only communication from John Memoli that I have on record is an email directly from TriStone Financial in which he obtained my phone number and email address.
These people should be ashamed of themselves.
