Defective merchandise and no response to inquiry

I recently ordered 3 children's Disney movies from movies4momandme. Ireceived them all, although it took quite awhile, but one of the movies, Lion King, would not play at all in my DVD player, and the other 2 skipped badly. I contacted the company for information on replacing the defective movie and received no response from them.
